In this meditation I guide you through a gentle breathing experience that helps you to quiet your mind, relax your body and feel connected with yourself.

Sit comfortably in a place where you are undisturbed
Interlace your hands and let them rest on your lap.
Notice the touch of your hands as if you were lovingly holding your own hand.
Breathe in through your nose.
Exhale slowly through your mouth, as if you were exhaling through a straw.
The duration of the exhale gradually becomes longer than the duration of the inhale.
As you exhale, imagine a wave of relaxation flowing through your body from top to bottom.
You can also pause for a few seconds at the end of the exhalation before allowing the next inhalation to arise on its own. For an even deeper effect, you can gradually increase the time you hold your breath with each repetition.

During the lockdown in 2020, I had a professional slump. Suddenly I found myself without any job and income.
During the course of that year my self-worth and confidence dropped in a way that was a huge strain on my relationship and finally my partner broke up with me.
This completely pulled the rug out from under me. I was at rock bottom and felt completely helpless.
Esther gave me very concrete tools over the months, such as her guided meditations, which helped me a lot to calm down the anxiety and permanent restlessness in my body.
She guided me to free myself from my negative thoughts and to focus on the vision of my future.
